925 Heaven Terms & Conditions

925 Heaven is the wholesale trading name of Earthchild Ltd (Reg No. 5754025 England and Wales). We are a wholesale supplier of quality 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery and welcome orders from independant retailers.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order requirement is Ł50.00

We do not have a minimum quantity, you can order just one or more the choice is yours.

Customers may like to order one of our SAMPLE PACKS to try out our goods before they commit to a larger order.

How to Order

Add items to the shopping cart as you browse, if you wish to order more than one of each item you can amend the quantity in the cart.

Alternatively, you can email us a list of the items and quantities for all the good's you require. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hrs with your total and details of how to pay. Please do not send any money until the confirmation is received.

Payment:

By Credit Card or Paypal payment via shopping cart.
UK customers may also pay by Cheque with Bankers card, Postal order or Bankers draft. If you wish to pay this way please email your order and we will send a confirmation email with the total including post and packaging. If payment is made by Cheque your Cheque will be banked and your goods dispatched on the day your cheque clears.

UK ORDERS

Orders upto Ł150.00 - P&P Ł2.50 - sent 1st Class (uninsured -customers own risk)
Orders over Ł150.00 - P&P Ł6.00 - sent Special Delivery (insured)

If your order is under Ł150.00 and you require insurance or you need it by 1pm the next day you can pay an additional charge of Ł3.50 and your order will be sent by Special Delivery - please add here ------->

If your order is sent by Royal Mail special delivery it will arrive by 1pm the following day (please note a signature will be required on delivery).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

There is an additional charge of Ł6.00 per order for International shipping.
You will need to add the additional Ł6.00 charge to your cart before completing checkout via the button below.

Your order will be sent via International Signed For Air Mail and a signature will be required on delivery.

Delivery Schedule:

UK orders placed by 11am - next day delivery.
International orders - 4 to 7 working days.

We try to keep all items fully stocked and ready for delivery, however, if an item is out of stock we will always email you to advise you so and offer to back order for you, you will also be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges/VAT:

Earthchild Ltd is not yet VAT registered , therefore all prices on the website are the price you pay.

Guarantee:

All of our products are covered by our 7 day no quibble guarantee. All we ask is that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any shortages or faults.

Returns Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, and with its original packaging if appropriate. We will offer you the choice of a full refund or an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage unless the item being returned to us is faulty.

925 Heaven do not and will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party, at any time, with all information being held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may store your details in our own database, and use them to contact you with the occasional flyer or special offer via email. If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please email kath@925heaven.com with your details and you will be immediately removed.
